Structured Agri Finance offers loans guaranteed by the Farm Service Agency. These loans are in for owner operators that cannot get qualified for conventional AG lending programs. The maximum loan amount is $1.75mm.

Structured Asset Finance also offers AG Assist loans. These are a combination of Farmer Mac first mortgages along with a FSA guaranteed 2nd mortgage. This allows the financing parameters to be greatly expanded.

Debt Coverage Ratio of 1:1.10x instead of the industry standard of 1:1.25x DSCR.  This allows for tighter cash flow
